This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. Less than 30 minutes up on checking in, we noted
1. Kitchen cabinet door was broken. Notified mngmt co. so they are aware and are able to remedy. This simple courtesy notification resulted in ultimately shifting the blame on us that we broke the cabinets.
Further escalated when informed them that
2. Dining table was oily and not clean
3. Coffee pods practically empty (description notes that those are provided),
4. Hand soap bottle dispensers empty throughout the house (description notes bar soap provided, then why leave empty dispensers?) and
5. Pet food bowls upon entering the house (although pets not allowed - we have allergies in our group).
