Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.

Extremely beautiful property! Host was very responsive for all our demands.. we booked on very short notice and she was very responsive with any and all questions we had
Ruined vacation<br/>Less than 30 minutes up on checking in, we noted<br/>1. Kitchen cabinet door was broken. Notified mngmt co. so they are aware and are able to remedy. This simple courtesy notification resulted in ultimately shifting the blame on us that we broke the cabinets. <br/>Further escalated when informed them that <br/>2. Dining table was oily and not clean <br/>3. Coffee pods practically empty (description notes that those are provided), <br/>4. Hand soap bottle dispensers empty throughout the house (description notes bar soap provided, then why leave empty dispensers?) and <br/>5. Pet food bowls upon entering the house (although pets not allowed - we have allergies in our group). <br/>Plethora of other items that were unsatisfactory not included in this review<br/>We were yelled at, accused of breaking the cabinet doors, dirtying the table and threatened that we’d better vacate the premise or else… and so we did.<br/>Communication was great during the booking process although subsequently needed follow ups.
My family and I had an amazing getaway at Domenica’s place! The decor was really cute and the whole home was equipped with amenities and cooking tools to make meals at home easy! Peaceful outdoor deck area! We had a great time! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!
