Please Note: This home is located in a private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.

Despite some unexpected issues with the house, Candace did a great job resolving the issues as they arose. She was very responsive and accommodating.
Our stay included security and maintenance-related concerns.<br/>Upon arrival, the main entrance keypad was not functioning and the home was unlocked. We contacted the property manager promptly regarding this issue, as well as several loose or detached bedroom and bathroom door handles. While we were asked to replace the keypad battery, the lock was not fully operational during our stay.<br/>In addition, we observed a few other items that caused discomfort during the stay. The hot water supply was sufficient for just three consecutive showers before running out. There were no blinds or coverings on bathrooms and main hall doors, which impacted privacy.<br/>We were instructed to dispose of trash at a dumpster approximately two miles away, and the limited location details caused confusion.<br/>Snow on the driveway and walkway was not properly cleared, making it difficult to park cars and access the entrance safely.<br/>Due to the maintenance and safety concerns, the stay did not meet our expectations.
We had an amazing time making new memories and enjoying our holiday weekend. Highly recommended look forward to booking again.
