Welcome to House in the Trees in the Hideout. Perfect house makes a Perfect Vacation! Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia, The Hideout is a four-season, gated community in the Poconos. Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts (indoor/outdoor), playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center with game room and gym, art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar.

This newly renovated home is a short walk to the Hideout ski Hill and the Main beach/pool/tiki bar. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room complete with a coffee bar for your enjoyment. The oversized loft is a perfect place to enjoy a good book while relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to dine in. Cozy up and relax near the warmth of the fireplace in the living room. The house has a small front deck and a large, oversized screened in porch and a firepit completes the experience!

This rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests. The main level has two bedrooms, one  with a queen bed the other twin bunk beds and a full bath. There is one bedroom on the upper level with a king bed and a twin trundle with a twin , and a full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the loft.  The basement has a full bath with the washer/dryer, a bedroom with a queen bed, a family room area with a sleeper sofa, and games for the enjoyment of all. 

Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.
