This home is 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, a full bath, family/game room and large brick fireplace on the first floor and 1 bedroom, living room/dining area/updated kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and brick fireplace on the main floor. This home has decks on each floor and a large, spacious back yard with a fire pit. This home comes with a complimentary coffee bar, and fridge with ice maker. It is located on the east side of Roamingwood lake and is about a 10 minute walk to Roamingwood park/marina and the North beach complex.

This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. The dryer would start and stop until finally continuing to dry after a few restarts. There were some broken furniture items already in the house and pictures were taken, but Candice is a very attentive property manager, so we assumed she was aware. They are adding extra A/C units.
