The Regal Lodge-The Hideout

This cozy home is in the Hideout, a 4 season Recreation Community Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia. As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar.

This home is 2 levels with 3 bedrooms, a full bath, family/game room and large brick fireplace on the first floor and 1 bedroom, living room/dining area/updated kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and brick fireplace on the main floor. This home has decks on each floor and a large, spacious back yard with a fire pit. This home comes with a complimentary coffee bar, and fridge with ice maker. It is located on the east side of Roamingwood lake and is about a 10 minute walk to Roamingwood park/marina and the North beach complex.

Please Note:

This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.

This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.
