It features 2 bedrooms, 2 full, updated bathrooms, a private loft area that sleeps 4, a dedicated work space in the stand up loft, updated kitchen and 4 season room with another dedicated workspace. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the deck, sit by the firepit and make s'mores. This house sleeps 6 comfortably.

Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar.

Please Note:This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.
This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.
