The common areas were very well kept and nice however, the patio was a mess upon arriving, grills were rusted and unusable. The property manager worked hard to make it right for us which we really appreciated.
The place could definitely use some attention - decluttering, expired foods in the pantry, toilet handle was held together by safety pin and broke the first night - game room foosball table, air hockey, ping pong were old and damaged - didn’t feel comfortable playing on them as they may break.
Nonetheless it was a nice stay in general - loved the community amenities - this was a last minute booking for MDW and it was a comfortable stay.
If they had just made sure the patio area was clean upon arrival it would have made the 5 stars
