The Boulders-The Hideout

Beautiful rustic three-bedroom three level chalet in prestigious Hideout gated four-star community in the Pennsylvania Poconos. This is a family friendly home has bedding to sleep 9 people. This is not a lakefront home. It does have seasonal views of the lake across the street.

Lower level: Has a finished area with a flat screen TV, dart board, and pool table. Plenty of room for the family to spread out, play games, cards etc. This is the entry level of the home so convenient for coming in from the slopes and dropping your ski/snowboard equipment. The main level has the washer/dryer and goes out to the fire pit area.

Main level: Contains a dining area with a large dining room table, a living room with a fireplace (wood burning) TV (Roku/Netflix/Sling), sliding glass doors that lead out the th deck with the grill and an enclosed screen porch. The Kitchen is well-equipped with plates, utensils, dishes, glasses, as well as a dining island with stools. This level also includes 1 bedroom; - a custom queen size log bed with mini split, a full bath with soaker tub and shower. There is a mini split on this floor.

Upper level: Contains a large loft overlooking the living/dining rooms, with a custom log bunk bed (twin/queen), a bedroom with a custom log bunk bed (twin/queen) and a 3rd bedroom with a custom queen log bed with access to the full bath. There are mini split in both bedrooms.The rustic charm combined with the amenities of the Hideout gated community creates a cozy atmosphere. Seasonal views of the lake across the street add to the appeal, offering glimpses of nature's beauty. With three levels and three bedrooms, it is spacious enough to accommodate a family getaway or a group of friends. Plus, being family-friendly is a big plus—having enough bedding for nine people ensures everyone can rest comfortably after a day of exploring the Poconos.

The finished basement area with a flat screen TV, dart board, and pool table is the perfect spot for family fun and relaxation, whether it's playing games, watching movies, or simply hanging out together. The convenience of this entry level being accessible for dropping off ski or snowboard equipment after a day on the slopes is fantastic. Guests will appreciate having the washer/dryer on this level too, making it easy to take care of laundry without having to trek through the entire house. *****Please note: The Maximum occupancy INCLUDES all guests including infants and children. Anyone who books the home with more than 9 guests will be canceled at the guests expense. This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice. Any bookings secured within 3 days of arrival will automatically be assessed $100 late fee by the community the guest is responsible for this fee. ****

Outside: The large front deck is a perfect place for summer barbecues & relaxing with your family or friends. There is a propane grill located on the deck right outside of the kitchen and main door.

Hideout Community: The house has 9 guest/pool passes available to renters. The Hideout community offers several restaurants and entertainment, plus a host of amenities including a private golf course (9 hole), mini golf, swimming (2 heated pools and 3 lakes), tiki bar overlooking the Lake, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, game room, baseball field, basketball courts, rowboats and canoes available to rent, an arts & crafts center, playgrounds and daily activities for kids and families. In the winter you can use the private ski hill, private tubing hill or ice skating rink.
