Welcome to Palm Hideaway. This unique, cozy home is nestled within the Hideout Community! Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia. Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center, game room, art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar.

This cozy and clean home is a short drive to the main beach/pool. It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room complete with fireplace for the winter months and a sauna to relax in right off the main bathroom. The oversized loft is a kid friendly bedroom space the kids will be sure to love.

The home features a large deck that wraps around the house, with plenty of outdoor furniture and a new gas grill for barbecuing. The home is surrounded by 2 empty lots for additional privacy.

Enter the kitchen area which is open and includes toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher for added convenience. Everything you need to cook is there. The living room is cozy and inviting for the whole family. The master bedroom is on the main floor along with a full bath and a sauna. The full, finished basement is perfect for family fun complete with foosball and plenty of board games!! There are 2 additional bedrooms in the basement and another full bath.

This A-Frame house stays very cool during the summer months. If needed each room has a portable fan and the primary bedroom has a window AC.

This rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
