It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The oversized loft is a perfect place to enjoy a good book while relaxing. The fully equipped and updated kitchen includes everything you need to dine in. Cozy up and relax near the warmth of the fireplace in the living room. The house has a large front deck, a screen porch, and a firepit completes the experience!
This rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests. The main level has one bedroom with twin beds. The other two bedrooms are on the upper level with queen beds. There is also a full bathroom on the upper level. The fox Den is just within ten minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack, where you can rent jet skis, powerboats, and other types of watercraft.

****Please Note: This home is in a secured, gated, private community. You must fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed (to include the names, ages, addresses, and relationships to you for all of your guests) for you to come into the community. This must be completed within 72 hours of your arrival, or the community will assess a $100 late fee for which you will be responsible. You may be within the maximum number of people allowed, and at most, 4 cars are allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home, including games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
