With a wide open floor plan, full finished lower level family room/basement, 2 master suites, high vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light in the grand living room AND kitchen/dining areas,  2 lower level bedrooms, 2 main level bedrooms, and an upper level master bedroom, you'll have room for groups of all sizes! Common spaces are designed to unwind after a day outdoors. Enjoy a fresh pot of coffee, home cooked meal, or a glass of wine around the dining table or in the recently renovated kitchen, featuring modern appliances, stone surfaces. 

The newly renovated bathrooms feature first-class modern fixtures with tasteful tile work.  Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer during the entirety of their stay. Please be sure to bring your own supplies.

In addition to the home’s indoor spaces, guests are also welcome to make use of the private patio and yard after an afternoon of skiing, golfing or hiking. The outdoor spaces provide a restful escape from the hustle and bustle of your everyday busy lives.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed 7 days before your arrival the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.***
