The Palatzio Getaway! Cozy 2 bedroom with loft!

A Couples Getaway or bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The 2 Bedroom w/Loft (a great kids friendly loft w/Qn Bed & futons) plus additional extension family room w/pullout queen sofa bed in our comfy sectional to an all seasons room & finally an outdoor patio area to BBQ!! Let’s not forget a FR w/wood burning fireplace! Great community with 2 pools, lakes (summer) ski lifts & snowtubing (Winter) loads of amenities! Making great memories at the Palatzio Getaway!

The Palatzio Getaway is described in the introductory!! It is a fun filled community to us for 12 years!! Hoping this will be a great experience to you making awesome memories!!

Guest have access to the beach and pools in the community with guest passes that will be provided. The ski lifts and snow tubing will be accessible at a fee set by the community as well the game room and gym facilities!

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.
This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
