This magnificent home has everything that you need for your vacation at the lake. This home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, large screened in porch, nice sunny loft, and a full finished basement with ping pong table and two sets of bunk beds. You can walk out to the lake, relax on the dock, or enjoy all the water toys that you can use!! Bring your fishing poles!! As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basket-ball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art museum, wood-working building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar. Just a short 7 minute ride to the main amenities in the community Guests will interact with my cohost Home is inside a gated community called the Hideout in the Poconos. ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
